Ubi Cilembu

Cilembu sweet potatoes are a geographically designated product (GI) from Sumedang, West Java.

When baked, these sweet potatoes release a natural caramel syrup. With a Brix level of 18–22°, they are among the sweetest sweet potatoes in the world.
